January 2026 Site Update

Work is continuing on site at the future Berry Hill Local Centre in Mansfield.

The aerial photograph above shows the current condition of the site, where early construction activity is underway. Ground preparation works have been carried out across the site footprint, including earthworks and site levelling, as part of the initial stages of development.

Temporary access routes, site compounds and construction equipment are now in place to support ongoing works. These activities form an essential part of preparing the land for the next phases of construction.

We will continue to provide updates on progress as the development moves forward. Information shared on this consultation site is intended to keep the local community informed as works progress on site.
